You can ask us to delete your data at any time. This covers enquiries made through this website, business contacts, and data we obtained through Meta's APIs (Facebook, Instagram), most recently through our app "Hut Ab - Ads". Deletion is free of charge and you do not need an account.

How to request deletion
- Send an email to office@hut-ab-agency.com with the subject "Data deletion".
- Tell us how to identify you: the email address you used to contact us or, if you are a client, your company name and ad account ID.
- Tell us what to delete: everything, or specific data only.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within three business days.
- Within 30 days we delete your contact record in our CRM including notes, emails relating to your enquiry, stored campaign data and reports for your ad account, and any access tokens.
- We then confirm the deletion by email.
- If the law requires us to keep something, for example invoices for seven years under Austrian tax law (§ 132 BAO), we tell you what we keep and why. That data is blocked from any other use.
Revoking access to an ad account yourself
Clients can end our access at any time: Meta Business Manager, Settings, "Partners", select Hut Ab Agency, "Remove". From that moment we no longer receive any data. To have stored data deleted, send the email described above.
Data held by Meta
We cannot delete data that Meta itself holds about you. You manage that in the settings of your Facebook or Instagram account. If you consented to the Meta Pixel on this website, you can withdraw your consent via "Cookie-Einstellungen" (cookie settings) in the footer.
